Top 10 best countries list released, America not on list

The Economist Intelligence Unit released a list of the top ten best places to be born in 2013.  According to this latest list from the EIU, the top 10 countries are:

1. Switzerland
2. Australia
3. Norway
4. Sweden
5. Denmark
6. Singapore
7. New Zealand
8. Netherlands
9. Canada
10. Hong Kong.

The United States of America is trying for 16^th place.
